Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove your profile, baby records, health data, uploaded media, and all other personally identifiable information from our systems within 30 days.
How to request account deletion
To delete your account, send an email from the address registered with your BabyDay account to support@babyday.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Our team will acknowledge your request within 2–3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Certain data such as transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance. Fully anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to you.
